1. Organizes and coordinates all opportunities for fellowship activities such as dinners, suppers, and opportunities for church fellowship.
Has authority to permit use of Fellowship Hall and Picnic Shelter by Church members or groups.
a. Organize congregational opportunities for fellowship at least once per quarter, including the following: Fall New Member Recognition, Ice Cream Social Cook-Out & Watermelon Social, Pig Picking.

b. 55 Plus Focus Group — A fellowship opportunity.
Meets the first Friday of each month. Hosts for the month are responsible for — when, where etc. Programs are optional. Typically meetings are at local restaurants. Topics vary from investments, mercy ship, Social Security, long term insurance, to travel, gardening, etc.
2. Responsible for the kitchen and recruits volunteers for Fellowship events.
3. Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and materials.
4. Shares with the Pastor in providing Pastoral Care to the members of the Church
5. Responsible for the oversight of Elder Shepherds, ensuring they are being responsible to their Parishes.
Oversees delivery of recorded sermons to shut-ins etc by Elder Shepherds to their Parish members
6. Along with the pastor, reports to the Session on Pastoral Care concerns.
